Baking in my '08 6.4 oven

not a newb but im rarely on here, just deleted my old email and forgot my original password (lame)

ok guys...heres the pretty picture for everyone..

08 f350, runs great. Tuned, 5" pipe, egr delete, love it
Had both thermostats hung and a small leak around tstat housing and an unresponsive fan clutch(kept getting a code, dont remember the number but it was fan circuit 1) and an a/c what woud blow cold while driving but hot (HOT) when idle...right away

Had my dads diesel mechanic work on it while we were on vacation

Brand new fan clutch, new tstat, water pump, belts, hoses, checked freon- all repaired

Get the truck back and everything is just great except now the truck will blow warm air when it gets from 201-209 degrees and HOT air 209 and up.
Towing my trailer and was in 4th going up a grade and got to 224 and never heard the fan clutch

How can i check my fan clutch? wire harness looks good, is there a sensor somewhere?

Does that have anything to do with my ac?

Summer is here and I hate driving now

It sounds like your heater core is kicking in. I have no idea how that works on your truck but thats the direction I would look.

Sounds like you have a problem with your HVAC. The heater core is always going to be hot when your engine is warm, the blend door routes air though it to heat the cabin. Do you have manual climate control or EATC?
