Finally bought my truck... 2013 Limited!
Well, I was finally able to sell my F-250 and found a new truck. 2013 Limited - 70k miles, White Platinum Tri-Coat, and tail gate step. Came with an Extang Solid Fold bed cover and Bed Rug along with factory rubber floor mats. CarFax came up as 1 owner and was registered as a fleet vehicle. It was delivered from 4.5 hours away and filled with gas upon delivery for NADA rough trade in price. I was able to do an inspection on it and mechanically all it needs is tires. I also installed a new pair of wipers too as they were smearing.
So, at this point I'm trying to decide if I want to lift it, change wheels, etc. I've debated keeping the 22's and putting a more aggressive tire on it with a leveling kit. Anyone on here have pictures of their Lariat, Platinum, or Limited with suspension and wheel/tire mods?

Thanks! I'm gonna hold up doing any engine upgrades until I get the tire/wheel/suspension stuff sorted since it needs taken care of first. The last truck was an 06 F-250 Supercrew shortbed with a 4.5" lift and 35x12.5x18. It was definitely too tall for daily use. Also, it rode like **** and the tires were loud. Also, the kids couldn't get in and out of it and the wife disliked climbing in and out of it. I'm wanting to go more on the usable side this time and am thinking a 2.5" leveling kit with some 33's on the factory wheels would give me enough of a look and a little more height for off road stuff. 35's get too pricey.

I was thinking it was your truck that I saw that had the factory wheels with bigger tires. 305/45/22's are fairly inexpensive as well and they look great. Yea, pretty much a 33x12 is what they come out to be. I think those with a 2.5" level would look very nice. Still great on the street, but enough tire for off-road and a little more aggressive look. I still want the "street truck" look but just want a little more aggressiveness in the tire and stance. To pull off a lift on these trucks they need flares and I like the small factory flares. The worst mod I did to my F-250 was install the pocket flares. I never was happy with the look of the truck after that.
Yea, I have a feeling that's the route I'll go. I learned on the last truck that going too far will ruin a truck. Most of the guys I know that have 09-14 F-150's have left them stock. I know of one guy with a 6" lift and 33's on his Lariat and it does look really good but I don't think I wanna go that tall. One thing I have noticed is that these trucks look best with a 20" wheel if you're gonna go with chunky, aggressive tires. Anything less just looks too small. I just know that 35's will slow one of these trucks down a ton. ****, it slowed my F-250 down a ton and made it handle snow like ****. Also, I figure if I keep a small lift I could run snow tires on this truck whereas I couldn't on the F-250.
