Lincoln/Ford 460 Heads?

Is there such a thing as D8VE-A2A heads for a Lincoln/Ford 460? My heads had this number on them, but I can't make it out if it is a number 8, or number 3. Thanks guys just let me know!

They're D3VE heads.

Thanks for clearing that up for me +NumberDummy! Also, if you get a chance can you go check out my thread, or post on "Will This Camshaft Work? Lincoln 460." Maybe you can help me.

D3 heads are near the bottom of the big block ford head hierarchy. Smog era heads. They can make power but need quite a bit of work compared to some of the others. Intake ports are ok but the exhaust ports need quite a bit of work. I had some on a 466 that were worked over pretty good with a lunati cam .554 int .554 ex Torquer II intake. Headers. Ran ok for what it was. 120's 1/4 in a 3700lbs car. I would try and find some good used aluminum or reworked steel heads. And not spend any time or $ on the D3's

Thanks +f100today! I just spend $100 though having the heads checked for cracks, cleaned up, re-painted and all of the smog holes corked. Is there any way to get just as much power out of these heads as other heads such as the D0VE heads? I do know you can get 375-400 horsepower out of D3VE-A2A heads.
