pics, illustrations of PS setup on 4.9

I am converting my bumpside with 240cid from manual to power steering. I am using the bracket and pump from a 85 (I think..know its the last year of the v-belt). Could any of you bullnose years owners point me in the direction of some schematics, pics, etc that would assist me in this installation?

Much appreciated. It appears I have misplaced a bracket. Will be digging around to find it - support bracket 3c511.

There are TWO of these 3C511 support brackets listed in the text section of the parts catalog.

Look at the pic below: One located at front of pump, one located behind the pump. Franklin2's pic shows the rear as basic number 3E670, Ford truck catalog pic shows it as basic number 3C511.

1983/86 F100/350 & Bronco 300 I-6:

E3TZ-3C511-E .. Front Support Bracket / Marked: E3TA-3C511-NA / Obsolete

EOTZ-3C511-D .. Rear Support Bracket / Marked: E3TA-3E670-BA / Obsolete

thanks numbers. Would the spacers being something available for the rear support bracket - 387419? If I can find someone with the setup, I might be able to get them to measure the thickness and find/fabricate my own - heck several thick washers would work.

Franklin2's pic is from an autoparts store. It's based on the Ford truck parts catalog pic, but some of the captions are wrong.

387419 is incorrect. Look at the pic I posted, the actual Ford part number is N802546-S and these spacers are metric.

as to the spacers found a lookup based on Numbers part number that indicated it was a spacer 1 inch wide/hole opening of 33/64/thickness of 1/4 inch.
Not a very big spacer. The drawing indicates larger.

You can probably get it setup and it will be obvious what you need to make it work out by eyeballing the pump and how the belt/pulleys line up.
