Number Dummy please help with cylinder head confusion
1962 serial #280923 223 engine
I got NOS Rocker Arm Shaft C1AZ6563A (stamped on outside of tube - FORD dealer said tube was unopened). It is center drilled for the oil return tube. However my cylinder head requires an end drilled oil return tube. I suspect the head may have been changed. Part number embossed on head is C1AE6090D. Can you identify the fitment of this head? If it's a replacement can you supply correct rocker arm shaft number?
Thank you.

1957/63 truck parts catalog says 1960 head is one year only. Also says 1961/63 223 head is the same, it's also the same for 1964 in 1964/72 truck catalog.
1960: Ford changed the design of the 223 head, the valve cover uses 8 bolts to attach it.
1954/59: Two studs pass thru the center of the valve cover, acorn nuts retain cover in place.
