Have a fold up Bak-Flip cover. sturdy easy to install, and is highly water resistant. When I go through the car wash I will find maybe 1/2 a teaspoon of water on the bed liner near the right and left sides of the tailgate. this was important to me and the reviews of the Bak-Flip were why I bought it. Really wanted a painted cover to match my white platinum truck. The only fold up cover that was painted to match had no reviews to speak of so I went with a tried and true model. Glad I did.

I just had a Ford factory tri fold cover installed today. The installation looks really nice and there are even drain hoses to collect the water from the channels. The dealership assured me it would not leak. My last one leaked from the day I bought it so I figured I would spend a little more and at least be able to use the bed.

All my BakFlip covers leaked some, however, it was generally very small amounts. With a proper install and good adjustments the most water I would see would be a couple teaspoons full. The TriFolds seal up better than the quad folds. I have the Quad fold on my 2012.
I see my above comment is misleading. I would buy BakFlip, just not from the factory, I would buy it from a dealer. I think the Ford covers are made buy BakFlip.

I didn't look close enough to find a manufacturer on the Ford cover. I just felt that instead of spending $700 on one that might leak, I spent around $850 and I can bring it back if it leaks. When I'm spending $47,000 on a truck, might as well spend an extra $150 so I can use the bed in bad weather.

I purchased a Ford bed liner and tri fold cover together. The total was $1250 installed for both. I remember paying about $600 for cover on my 2005 F150 and as I said it leaked from day 1. I need a leak free bed as my truck is used more like a big car(luggage, groceries, ect.) I have a 2003 F150 7700 for all my dirty work.

I installed a UnderCover Flex. Very good fit, keeps the water out and seals tight and secure. It looks really good, and I don't have to worry about theft as much, if under a fabric cover. Very easy to use, opens up with a little cable pull. Closes by dropping it a couple inches off tailgate, it is shut.
