The price is high (to me), seems like the seller does not know much about it. 351 is nice for what you described you'd be doing. Owned many E4OD trucks, never any major problems with any of them. E4OD's in both my 94 & 95, my 95 F150 has 221k miles on the original engine/trans (351w E4OD) and still runs and drives like a top. Looks like a nice truck but seems to me you could find a better deal on a truck of equal, if not better condition.
