Door lock question

I do not have any keys for the door lock on the 59 and the ignition lock does not match. I bought a door/ignition set from LMC.

When I took the access plate off, I do not see anythin connecting the log to the latch mechanism. Does anyone parts diagram to show what I am missing?

Sorry, I forgot to take pictures, I will do that tomorrow.

You're going to need the springs, too.
Look at post 2 again, I edited in some additional info and a 2nd pic.

Door lock question

How does one replace the Door Lock Actuating Lever and spring from the end of the lock cylinder? My actuator is broken off. I can't figure it out!

Since there's no pic of the actuator and spring in the truck catalog, look at the pic from the car catalog for 1955/57 Thunderbird.

Actuator shown as 21968 .. spring as 22075

Both the T-B actuator and its spring are the same as 1957/60 F100/1100.

Ok, I gave up trying to figure out how to separate the door lever actuator and spring from the end of the door cylinder lock and took it to a local locksmith who took about 2 seconds to separate the two parts.

The spring holds the actuator to the end of the cylinder lock. To free the actuator, pull up on the spring end opposite the actuator and slide the actuator out of its socket. The actuator will slide out only in one direction. If you hold the door lock in the orientation that it is installed in the door the actuator is released by pulling upward on the actuator as you pull the end of the spring up and away from you.

Here's a picture of a cutaway door I found a while ago showing the lock mechanism. I hope this helps.
