C6 vacuum line

Anyone ever made their own automatic transmission vacuum line? Have a C6 with 351 Windsor. What size steel line did you use and what size hose

I think I used 1/4 inch OD steel with a flare on each end to help keep the hose on. You should probably try to match the opening on the vac. modulator or bigger. Man that was a long time ago, 20 plus years I think.

Sweet. Thx. I bought 3/16 line, OD should be 1/4. And I know 1/4 hose fits perfect on vacuum modulator.
