Brake Drums - 1977 F250

Gentlemen -

Kind of a silly question. I am re-doing the drum brakes on my 1977 F250 4x4 Camper Special. It has a Dana 60 rear. I ordered new drums from Autozone, I ordered Raybestos drums. When they came. there were clearly two different drums... one heavier than the other, and one had been more machined. The physical size looked the same.

My question is will two different drums hurt anything. I assume not but wanted to check to see if I should send one back to get a set of matched ones.

They will work as long as key machined dimensions are the same. A ruler/visual check would confirm (roughly). Personally, unless the truck had to be on the road right now, I would get a matched set.
