Lots of advantages of owning an old truck in CA. Keep up with it, and there is no smog, and you can haul crap. You can always get 5K for all day long even the older it gets. So if it were me daughter or sister, I'd say drive the **** out of it. It may not get the best gas mileage, however do the math on what a new car costs with payments vrs how much gas difference and between new economical and this truck. Add in your payments insurance, etc. KEEP IT!

Hmm yup looks pretty~~~~~~All but those mirrors that being tears to my eyes
Man those are Painful to look at on such a nice looking truck.
May be we could all start a collection going for ya for a nicer looking pair of ss oem type Jr. west coast mirrors.
Gees, in the first picture, I though it was a 4wd truck sitting so high.
Did you do the painting ? Or have it done.
I don't drive my much any more, I just tinker with it to keep myself busy while in my golden yrs. But do drive it to the doctors visits & a market run now & then.
Keeping one of these trucks is kind of like what boats owners do having a boat which one throws money into. Its all good!
I have now lived an pass the end of my save money for the future.
And wonder how much money to leave my kids & wife and pizz away into truck. No limits until I'm all tinker out.
