Here it is!

Hey guys, new to the site. Just bought new 2015 F250 Super Duty FX4 XL for my business. Gas engine, but my last truck was a 2001 F250 and if she did the job, this truck sure can.

Things I have done in the last three days.
1) Had Line-X bedliner sprayed in. Love the stuff.
2) Have on order: brake controller, fog lights and a new tool box for the bed.

Any other ideas about what I should do to bring it up a notch? Probably won't be able to do it all at once, but all ears.

Also, want to get some headlight protection. Thought about X-pel. Anyone use anything that they like and is easy to apply?

Figured out the picture. Sorry about the size. Don't know how to fix that...

Thanks and look forward to talking with you guys.
Regards,
MB

Fine looking truck and the gas engine will give many years of top performance. You might find the rear will sag some if you haul a lot of weight all the time. I added these and they do a fine job, http://www.torklift.com/index.php/pr...ion/stableload

Thanks guys and I will look into the suspension. My last one definitely started to sag at the end of it's life with me, but it only had leaf springs in the back, no additional shocks like this one has, but I have read on here that most folks say they are not worth much, hence the link to beef up the back I assume.

Congrats on new truck. I went from a 2001 to 2015 and was really pleased with how much better the new truck is across the board.

I know...it is stunning how far these trucks have come in 15 years! It feels like a car as far as comfort and looking forward to seeing how it handles and pulls when I hook the trailer up.

Hi MB - Welcome and congrats on the new truck. All I'll say is if my wife saw your question, she'd say "Don't ask my husband - he can empty a bank account in no time, modding a truck. He can't leave anything stock!" Check out my white 2015 XLT at My Truck - 2015 for ideas and don't tell my wife I sent you! :-)

When you have a load in the rear see if it is sagging. If it looks like it is. I added air lift air ride. Helps a lot and you can adjust air pressure on the fly if you get the air compressor option.

Thanks guys for the welcome and the inputs.
Truck is getting new toolbox, Fog lights and electric brake controller installed tomorrow, which as I mentioned follows the Line-X lining in the bed.

More to follow in the next few weeks.
