Thanks for all the positive comments! Jackie has been putting some miles on the truck, over 600 miles so far this year. Hoping that it gets at least 2000 before the fall is over.

Still sorting out a few minor odds and ends, but the truck is doing great so far.

And not a single broken weld yet!

Hey Ryan question for ya.

Your ride height looks to be about the same as how i'm setting mine up with. I'm building the 4 link now but it looks like i need to put a small c-notch in the bed for 2.5-3" of up travel. Problem with that is i would have to raise the bed so the pumpkin doesn't hit the wood. If I remember you didn't have to c notch at all. Whats your ground clearance at the back of your running board and how much up travel do you have?

Truck looks really good
and your welds are still ugly

I did not C-notch, although I do not have as much frame to rear axle clearance as I would like, only about 3-4", I would like another inch. In a perfect world I would have put a 2" notch in the back. My axle will bottom out before the pumpkin hits anything as the bed is raised off the frame another couple inches by the bed brackets and pads... so maybe that is better than the pumpkin bottoming out on the bed wood.

It has only bottomed out twice so far on really big pot holes. I can measure the ground clearance at the rear of the running board and get back to you.

Hey Ryan,
I think Chuckrob out in Arizona has a nice blue cobra - very similar.
I like the little one in the pic! You did a good job on your truck - very nice.
