Well, this is a fine how do you do. The plastic **** on one of the the rear door locks crumbled to pieces, and the rod to which it attached is down there. Somewhere. In the door panel. Of a locked door. Makes me wish I had power locks.

Anybody else been there done that??

 

yes. I had to remove the door skin, and I do have power locks lol

 

Just pull the inside handle. That unlocks and opens fords doors. There is no child safety feature on those old trucks

 

^^^ that doesn't work on the back doors. I went down to the garage and tried it on mine to make sure. It works on the front but not the back
