1988 F250 5.0 302 EFI Vacuum line diagram & EASY FIX CLAMP

Hello to all

i have 2 questions:

1- Does anyone have a vacuum line diagram for my 88 F250 302/5.0? that you can direct me where I can download it?

I replaced all the lines awhile ago and noticed 1 line is not connected and I can't seem to find out where it goes. I just want to make sure all the lines are in the right places.

2- I'm working on a exhaust leak at the drivers side exhaust flange. Back around 10 years ago I replace the stock manifold with shorty headers. Now the flanges has a gap only on 1 side.

Has anyone used the EASY FIX CLAMP from JW Innovative parts? I'm just curious.

JW Innovative Parts

I'm about to order the 2 1/4 in X 1" clamp to fix the leak.

Any help for both would be great.

thanks

JAG

Excellent Ria2005!!

Ford-trucks forum always comes through. Great info to archive!

I can't believe it was the ERG line. Runs alot better. I had this truck since 1994 and always try and keep it running well!.I use it for plowing my Driveway and hauling big stuff. Love my truck. That 302 is amazing.

Now I'm hoping to get someone who might have used the EZ clamp.

I'm ready to order the clamp and give it a try.

Thank you,

JAG

I would not bother with that hokey clamp. Just tighten down the nuts on the header flange stud and be done with it.

Oop's I just ordered 1. The current bolt is really rusted. I put kroil on the bolts and sit for a bit with no luck. Now that I bought this clamp, I'll cut it out the rusted bolt and give the clamp a try. If all fails, I'll just bolt it up,.

thanks for helping with everything.

Glad I could help. I hope the clamp works for you. Heat is always a good rusted bolt persuader.
