Passenger Side Exhaust Manifold Leak

Looks like I have an exhaust manifold leak on the passenger side of my 2007 Expedition EL. I hear a ticking only when I accelerate while driving. Reving in idle does not seem to make the clicking noise after it's warm and when I let off the gas and roll down the road the noise goes away. Any ideas on how much this will cost? I took a picture and I am assuming there should be no black soot between those two rusted bolts?

Not sure on Expedition, but My dad just had the passenger side manifold replaced on his Explorer. No one would touch it except the dealer. $1100
