79 350 supercab Diesel

Hi everyone! ! I am new here but, glad to be around like minded people. I wanted to share the project I finished a few months ago. Hope everyone likes it. I built this truck for myself and was going to keep it but you know how life changes on a dime. So I was kicking around the thought of selling it. I am sure to regret it but.......here it is.

If it isn't new it is rebuilt,
-- brakes, rotors, drums, calipers, wheel cylinders, wheel bearings and seals, emergency brake cables, brake booster and master cylinder, rebuilt zf 5spd, South Bend clutch(50/50), flywheel, u - joints, after the pictures I did the ubuild it air intake kit, H1c turbo with heat shield, 4 " exhaust with heat wrap, 100 hp injectors and the pump was turned up with a bully dog fuel pin, boost and pyromiter gauges, 6.0L high torque starter, arp head studs, intake, windshield wiper arm and washer jug, cab lights, all window seals and door seals, windshield, carpet, 97 f350 rear axle, dana 60 front axle, f350 springs, rear spring hangers, antenna, retro sound radio with Rockford speakers, all wiring has been gone through, heater core, aluminum radiator, inercooler, fuel lines, shocks, bed liner, also the wheel wells and under the carpet have bed liner on it, stone guard in the paint on the bottom, bumpers, battery, both tanks and the frame have por-15 on them (they had no rust and they both work), paint, dash pad is perfect, head liner, all the mirrors, side window visors, emblems,

I know there is more but that's all I can think of. I built this for myself and really spared nothing. Let me know what you think. Thanks

I should also say that it was not a Pa to start with. It came out of Kentucky and was almost rust free. There was a pin hole over the rr wheel and one on the back of each cab corner. Other than that it is all original ford steel.

maybe if you posted it in the right spot.
Because it is bad form and taste to register on a forum, and than sort of act like you want to sell something, sort of hint out about what its worth.

Beautiful looking truck. Way out of my price range I'm sure. You'll never get out of it what you put into it, so avoid parting with it if you can.

That is the color combo I am considering for mine. Can you tell me the info on the colors used?

Man what a beautiful supercab!! If I were to do the work myself I do believe I would have to pass on and the family sell it as I rolled in the grave

What was the motivation and guide to building it?

Its gotta be worth 10-15k

Why the international sticker?

Thanks!! It is not a family motivated sell. It's worse. ...job. I am traveling for work with a new job and really need a duelly.
I have always loved the 79 fords and when I found this one I thought.....keeper. I will build another someday! ! As far as the "guide " goes, all in my head. If it looks good and sounds good it will be good.
The IH stickers are a fluke. What I mean is they where on the windows of the truck when I bought it and the longer I looked at them, and put off removing them, the more they looked like they belonged there. I have no other reason.
I have way more than $15 in it and know I will never get what I have in it. If that is all the market will bare than I will have to do something other than sell it.
Thanks for the complement on the old girl though.

I think it would do 12-15 on ebay....assuming the interior is very very nice.

The interior is all there and nice except the front seat. I have not done the cover yet. Seat is really nice but it is tan and the interior is black. Door panels and rear seat, dash pad ,head liner is all ready nice. And the inside have been painted also.

I agree that if I built it I wouldn't take 20g for it! Have you considered swapping to a heavier rear axle and converting it to a dually?
