What do you mean it's "SHORT"??? update
Just to let you know. I took the advise of Broncoholic and BillyBob69 and checked the rear leaf springs. I found that the eye leaf on the left side is broken. The eye on the front of the spring is completely gone---no bushing---no steel---nothing. Bracket is OK. Called a local spring shop for a price. Hold on to your hats--- $320.00 a side. The fellow I spoke to said it might be easier to replace just the eye leaf. He's supposed to call back with a price. I'll let you know.

$320.00?! For a freaking leaf spring? What is it about 12" of lift to the spring? That price should be for a PAIR of NEW ones! A PAIR of brand new ones with 4" of lift should only run in the $350-375 range. Tell them to find some other sucker to bamboozle!
