I bought my 56 panel in NM, flew out to pick it up and drove it to NC in 2 days stopping overnight, didn't want to risk breaking down in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the nite. I had a father of a friend check it out and test drive it for me before I arrived. Except for sketchy steering it was pretty uneventful.

So I arrived at my local airport to fly to LAX abs I'm thinking the beard and Olive skin freaked out TSA as they wiped my back pack with bomb/explosive detecting swabs.
I'm a former U.S. Marine so I just chuckled it off as I still look native from my time in three sand box.
Here is what I'm fighting to pick up age drive home. I well be hitting an in n out burger joint as I do miss their Burgers.
Here is the backpack TSA sniffed.
Here is another shot of my admission ticket to FTE!!!

Haven't made it very far as I'm having some radiator issues.
All of a sudden temp gauge was reading 210 and kept on creep ping higher so I pulled into an AutoZone and got radiator sealant and a bunch of coolant. I liked it too Apple valley and am waiting for a repair shop to open in the am. Wish me luck.

First impressions:
Steering - going from my 911 to this is like going from a scalpel to salad tongs, she's all over the place. That will be remedied when I get back to Oregon.
Headlight - need to be upgraded in a bad way. I felt as if I was using the Jedi force to drive at night.
She's got a 302 which is ok for now.

Over heating at hwy speeds and puking coolant. Motor doesn't have a fan so I'm also going to see if that can be remedied. I saw a temp of 210-221 and that's when I liked the motor and coasted into to a motel.
I put in coolant last night at a gas station
and waited until she was completely cool and maybe made it 8 miles. Thank God there was a motel right next to a radiator shop. I'm also across from a sheriff's station here in Adelanto. I've already told my wife to not peep the tri-tip for my arrival.
