2004 F-250 Lariat purchase advice

Hello ALL, I am looking at a 2004 F250 with the 6.0l PS. Was wondering, seeing all of the issues with this version of engine, if the details below would insure some level that all concerns would be addressed.

The used vehicle has 175,000 and the following fixes/upgrades: upgraded Garrett turbo, ARP head studs with black onyx gaskets, sinister EGR delete, S-M intake, MBRP up-pipe, new dummy plugs, injector o-rings, 4 3/4" MBRP full turbo back exhaust, FICM (new) & flash, X4 SCT live wire tuner. 6.4 push rods and valve cover seals.

anyone see any concerns I should be aware of?

I'd want to know how many stock or tuned miles on the black onyx gaskets since the rebuild. That would be my BIG "say no".

Almost everyone who used the Black Onyx head gaskets got to do them twice. Definitely something to be concerned about. Possibly prep on the heads and block was done perfectly and they'll last a while maybe? A set of OEM gaskets will cost around $450 and the arp's are re-useable but pulling the heads to Change them is no small task and labor cost will be high. I will say the rest of the parts list looks like good stuff and the right areas of concern. Kind of puzzling why someone with enough knowledge to change over to the shorter pushrods would use those gaskets.
