Squeaky leaf spring question

So I am probably going to put a leveling kit on my old (now my father's) 2002 F350 and came across this awesome write up on the possible issue...

2004 F250 Squeaky Leaf Spring Fix

Seems pretty straight forward and since I will be tooling around with the front leafs it seems like the best time to do it... however my question is there any aftermarket or non-OEM option for Ford part number 2C3Z-5586-AA? Maybe it is the accountant in me coming out but the cheapest I can find these is 5.92 a pop... 47.36 seems like a lot for what amounts to a fraction of an inch of plastic.

You may be able to get some Teflon from a plastic dealer and use that.
