1987 F-350, 460, Water pump?

Not to bad of a job
1. Drain cooling system
2. Remove the bolts holing the fan shroud
3. Disconnect all the hoses going to the water pump, and lower radiator hose. Also all the ac. Belts, fan, fan spacer, and shroud, pulley.
4. Loosen alternator pivot bolt and bolt holding the pivot arm to the water pump.
5. Remove bolts securing water pump to timing chain cover.
Install : is of course reverse order. And as a note it might be easier to remove the pully from the water pump shaft by using belt tension to hold the pulley prior to removal
