I was surprised to see the F-250 rear brake drum you needed listed at $40. No longer made, some alternatives but not cheap ones. "Unobtanium" I'd say, and yet selling for less than a new Chinese F-1 drum. Rare doesn't always equal expensive.
That $40 drum was no longer available, still looking........
Reserve pricing gives you an idea of what the market is for the part. If it doesn't sell that gives you the option of re-listing with an adjusted reserve price or putting it back on the shelf until prices go up.
