yeah to be young again! of all my fords my son's and mine sit the highest, his has add a leaf's reont and rear and airbags all the way around and is only 1/4 of an inch higher than mine. some days (most days) I wish mine was about 2 inches lower. I have never figured out why mine is so high as it is all stock suspension. it is about 3 inches higher than my other 2 '97 4X4's

Hey all
I'm still chasing parts on this Bronco I bought! Any opinions here as to where I should look? Since I bought it, the red AMP meter on the dash has flashed occasionally, but the previous owner said it had always done it.
Well.......last night, I friend the alternator. I pulled it out today, and it was the ORIGINAL! 20 years is a long time for an electrical part to make it! Well I put a new alternator on today, and the volt meter reads normal now, but I'm still getting the red AMP light flashing occasionally.....I'm stumped. Any hints? Thanks

Have your battery tested and not just on a voltemeter but on a load test too. On my 88 F150 my battery would start it and run but the battery would cause the light to blink.
I have been driving my 88 F150 the past few days and although she still needs some more work it feels great to be in a truck!

Guess everybody is having to much fun still. LOL
We ended up picking up a new car for me to drive but it is moms, dads and mine as we are splitting the payments. Brand new 2014 Chevy spark 1.2L only option is the auto trans. It ain't the prettiest car or the coolest car but it sounds like a reliable car and 30mpg should be good. Going to be weird having a car that costs $25 to fill up when all I have ever had is vehicles (minus the bikes) that costs $80+ to fill up. LOL
I want to make it a little cooler but probably going to leave it alone and direct the money I have left to my 88.
