Hand Trailer Dolly
Define "easy". I have a Anderson 20 ft equipment trailer that weighs around 2200 pounds. I'm 6'2" and tip the scales around 260 and moving mine by hand is a workout. I do have a wheel that fits on the front jack that makes it easier, but it is still difficult. It may not be too bad if you stay on level concrete/asphalt, but out on the ground/grass is another story. I would say "No" to your question.
Oh Yea.don't forget when you get the thing rolling you also must stop it. I worked at a boat delership when I was a teenager. I saw many people loose control moving boat with the hand dollies.

Hear is a site that might help: www.powercaster.com. I've seen them used and they really do the job. If You have even more weight then try: www.powermiverinc.net. I havn't seen them in action but they do look like they can get the job done.
