Front end shake after changing transfer case oil

Hey on my 2007 f150 5.4 last week i changed out the driveshaft and it smoothed things out. This past weekend I dropped the transfer case oil and refilled it with motorcraft transfer case oil as per ford but now the front end seems to shake more than before. Has anyone out there had this happen and if so what did they do to fix it? It just seems to come through the steering wheel but the wheel seems tight almost like a death wobble with solid front axles except obviously this truck doesn't have that. There are no leaks and I filled it up to the top fill hole with between 1.5 to 2 litres of oil until it started running out. I should also mention that when i went to check the level it was overfull on the top plug but it was that way for the last 90,000 km or so.

So i took it in to get an alignment and the wheels balanced for the wife and they are saying the upper and lower ball joints are worn. Going to have a look when i bring it home just to see how much. The front end really doesn't make much noise and I can't see that causing the type of shaking my wife described to me happening. That and I can't repeat it happening either. Anyone else get violent front end shaking with worn ball joints? The coil over shocks aren't even a year old as well so they should be fine I replaced the whole unit there and the upper ball joint at the time seemed tight as I recall.

Well, if a wheel was out of balance and the ball joints have play, once the shaking starts it would be hard to stop. Obviously you now realize that wheel shimmy has nothing to do with changing oil in the transfer case.

Yea its just strange that it happened within 12 hours of me changing the oil and never had it happen before that. Fluke I guess I just couldn't fathom it the last time i checked the ball joints was when i changed the shocks but I guess that was a while ago.
