It's already June, hopefully the weather figures it out too!
Well we went out on the boat today...........yup had issues. I checked the gear oil three times when I filled it and must have had an air bubble trapped in there cause I burned up the upper drive shaft bearing while pulling the kids on the tube. Looks like it is only a $60 mistake but won't know until I tear it apart. What was the acronym again.......Bust Out Another Thousand! Dang it!

Got the right side suspension off, cleaned up (man that was a messy dirty job) and painted over the weekend... Will be installing the Mor/Ryde parts as soon as the new seals come in later this week..

Drifted to shallower water and flagged down another boater. He was a very nice guy. Towed us back and refused any cash as he said he has been towed three times last year on the same lake. He said he expects to see me back with a NEW boat. I just laughed because that's not happening.

That sucks... Sleds, boats, cars, trucks, motorcycles - they'll all suck your wallet flat in a hurry....

Not rebuilding the whole camper, just addressing its needs and when I do that, I like to make it better than it was to begin with. Overkill is my middle name and I have no problem with that...
Most people would not sell a used vehicle or trailer to a friend or relative - I have no problem doing that at all because the unit is generally in equal to or better shape than when i got it... Obviously, I can't erase miles/years - but the point is that I am not selling or giving my problems to someone else without full disclosure...

Oh I know your not rebuilding the whole thing. Just seems like it. haha Yeah I have never worried to much about where I sell stuff either. Unfortunately no matter how good something is or has been rebuilt there is always a chance that something can break the day after you sell it. That is just how it goes.
