clutch pedal elimination

I am getting ready to start installing CPP disc brake conversion on my 55 f100. My question is how do I eliminate the Clutch pedal and the shaft for the clutch pedal linkage..
thanks in advance

Replace the brake and clutch pedal shaft with a shaft from the auto trans brake shaft.
