2000 F150 Transmission

Hey everyone,
2000 F150 Trans won't shift unless I let off the gas any ideas?

My idea is that something is wrong.

If you gave more information I might even have some specific ideas. What engine? Automatic trans? Which one? There is a data tag in the driver's door opening. Under TR if it has an E, you have a 4R100. If it has a U you have a 4R70W.

I have to let off the gas to get it to shift from first to second. After that it's fine.
