Only 1 bolt is a pain.after the stock separator is out the block off plate and outlet go right

Nope. I got an mpd kit and used a longer hose to run it behind the rear axle. Any less and you will smell the oil. I never see any oil in the driveway

Well, I need to get it done, which I have a few boxes in the garage that I still need to install!
Hoping next year to do a H&S turbo swap, of course I'll need a new waste gate, 5" exhaust, etc.......mods are never ending!

Up north we don't have the luxury of running to the rear axle. In the winter that hose will freeze up with condensation and blow the engine seals out. I used the factory separator and used the additional quick warm up hose off my 08 6.4 which has a nice bend in it to route the hose down beside the block beside the steering wheel shaft. Hose about 2.5 ft long. On my 08 I did stretch it to the transmission oil pan. A little more blowby on the 6.4.

I hear ya, I definitely don't have a freezing issue around here!
