Wanting to install amp and subs in 2014 F150
Like the title says, I want to install an amp in my new truck. It's a 2014 F150 STX Reg cab. It doesn't have Sync, so it's super basic.
I found an old thread from 2012 (this one https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/12...head-unit.html) that links some parts that hook up to the factory head unit to add RCA outputs without having to cut up anything more than the remote wire.
I'm not a stranger to installing stereos, as I put 2 10" subs and an amp in my '89, but I really don't want to chop up this new truck too much, or swap the stock radio out if I don't have to.
So the thread I linked showed this part Pac-Audio.com Product Details | iPod Integration for your car and More by Pac-Audio - Connecting you to the future and if that is still applicable, great. If not, or there is something better available that you guys are using, please let me know. Thanks!
