PIDs for Engine Coolant Temp on V10

Does anyone know the PID for Engine Coolant Temp for a V10 in a 2008 E350? I'm using Torque Pro and have loaded the Ford PIDs but the Engine Coolant temperature doesn't seem to move much. It runs at about 194* all the time. I had expected to see it fluctuate some, so I'm skeptical that its using the right PID.

What's the PID say when the engine is cold?

The coolant temp (or "cylinder head temp") doesn't change much unless the engine is under a LOT of load. 194 is just about right.
