Driver seat issue...disconnected and now clicking with no movement
Any help appreciated:
2014 F350 Lariat Crew Cab
Driver seat has memory, electric movement and heating/cooling
Passenger seat as above but with no memory function
Disconnected both seats (Driver seat = two large wiring connectors / passenger seat = just one connector) and removed with ignition off...
Upon putting them back in the truck the passenger seat connects up and works fine...plug and play
Upon re-connection and while trying to adjust the driver seat it makes a clicking noise from the module under the seat and does not move...my understanding is this should be plug and play as well...am i missing something...does the seat earth through the bolts (i had not tightened all of them up at point of testing), are there any sensors that I need to be aware of or is there some kind of reset owing to there being a connection to the memory/central cpu ?
Clicking underneath would indicate there is not a fuse issue as power is feeding through...
Any thoughts appreciated...??
