Well I guess the question at this point is, are you getting air in the system or are you losing fluid?

What method are you using to bleed them? I've had issues bleeding the brakes on these trucks where air would get in every time when using the "pump and hold" method. A vacuum pump works much better.

No leaks. I am using the pump and hold method and reverse pressure bleed using a Phoenix brake bleeder.

Does the pedal still drop without the engine running/no vacuum?

Suckin' it up...

Have you checked for proper functioning of your vacuum pump?

The pedal drops about half way and stops. When I start the engine it slowly falls to the floor.

Sounds like something hydraulic to me. If the pedal stayed up I would lean towards a bad re'maned booster.

Could be Master Cylinder or RABS hydraulic module...back to square one.

You may want to look into a "zero loss" brake booster, ford part no F5TZ-2005-CA,

That is one of the symptoms.

Another is EXACTLY as you described your second one doing

So I bled it one more time, the pump and hold method and I'm getting air in the system somehow. Small bubbles in the rear not so much in the front. How can it be sucking air somewhere but not be leaking fluid out.
