I have a soft brake pedal that slowly falls to the floor while engine is running. I have replaced master cylinder, booster, abs valve, proportioning valve, all 3 brake hoses, rear wheel cylinders. I have conventionaly bleed and reverse bleed the system. Any ideas? Any one else have the same problem? Thanks
What method are you using to bleed them? I've had issues bleeding the brakes on these trucks where air would get in every time when using the "pump and hold" method. A vacuum pump works much better.
The way I understand it if a booster is bad you loose your assist giving you a firm high pedal correct? My original booster made a slight hiss sound when I stepped on the pedal and the new one doesn't but it performs exactly like the old one did.

That is one of the symptoms.
Another is EXACTLY as you described your second one doing
So I bled it one more time, the pump and hold method and I'm getting air in the system somehow. Small bubbles in the rear not so much in the front. How can it be sucking air somewhere but not be leaking fluid out.
