95 F250 5.8 engine build (non internal)

Hey everyone, okay I need some clarification and suggestions. I started a thread before about trying to squeeze 300 HP out of my 351. This is still my goal, however, I recently got a job at Mopac Auto Supply (mostly in Canada but it is a high performance parts store basicly) and the discounts I get are crazy good!( like cost plus 10% )

Now, I have done the 6litre tune up, and I have a K&N air filter (whoopee) we have a dyno at my work and I did some before and after pulls, here are the results. They were 4th gear pulls (zf5 trans so 1.00-1) and I have 3.55's. Before tune up it was 155RWHP at 3455 rpm (on average) and after it bumped way up to 186RWHP. At 3876 RPM. I'm now running redline racing 5-40 oil in preperation for a little more performance (and I get a small tick of valve noise )

Now you have some info, here's where I need some help. I'm worrying about my power band shifting up higher than it already is.. My truck falls on it's face around 4800 RPM and valves float around 5150-5200 RPM and I hate revving past 4500 rpm. Some Long tube headers are most likely on the way, I'm thinking some Hooker headers PN HKR6901 is what I believe my truck needs, then I want dual 2.5" exhaust with 2 flowtech redhot glasspacks (PN 25025) dumping infront of my rear wheels. I was looking into cold air intakes... With my discount it would still cost me $300ish bucks just for 5 or 6 HP... Now keep in mind it's speed density, can I throw some 1.7 ratio rockers in? I would also replace my ugly valve covers ( not that that's a huge deal but there could be clearance issues ). And also, is porting my current intake manifolds worth it? Or should I go with Edelbrock manifolds? And BBK 70 mm throttle body.

I'm so lost in all this mess right now, is anything I listed that I want going to help lower my powerband or atleast have a significant increase in torque?? I might be willing to do a cam, and I might be willing to do a Mass Air conversion if it's not too hard. And I almost pulled some GT40p heads off an explorer but had no tools, I came back the next day and they were pulled off... > (in pick a part chilliwack) and can speed density support some bigger valved smaller combustion chamber heads?? I can get a set of "performance world" ones for half the price of edelbrock heads...

I thankyou so much in advance for all the help!!!!
