BeeBop's fenders

Anyone use BeePop's fiberglass front fenders on their 49 F1? I got a set of the upper & lowers for my 49 and they don't fit very good. Looks like a lot of cutting & grinding to make them line up..........any advice is greatly appreciated!

My 52 has 4 Bebop fenders and I didn't have to do much work to make them fit correctly.

How are they not fitting? You said you have uppers and bottoms. The bottom does stick out a little further than the top, it mimic the step in the rear of the fender.

Just noticed the original post was from last month, oh well, hope the above helps and you didn't already start cutting them up to make them fit.
