Would anyone have pictures, or be able to take a few for me of the factory installed trailer connector on the back of your truck?

I would like to see how the connector is mounted, and the plug that plugs into the trucks wiring.

I am installing a 2008-10 rear bumper on my '99 and would also like to do the later trailer plug that has both the 7 way and the 4 way with 2 separate doors on it.

I moved you to SuperDuty from 6.4L forum for a better answer.

 

Just buy the adapter for the 7 to 4 plug and save you all the trouble.

 

Unless, he wants to power something else, while his trailer is connected.
