Thanks but I believe the Red Headers will work. I hope to let every one know the out come. All I have left after the headers is the power steering pump installation.

Yes, they are Red's Headers. They fit just fine with the Toyota box that AX recommended.

What power steering pump did you get?

Here is a picture of the P/S bracket mounted on the engine. Very good design.

Hoses running from Toy box to pump. I had to purchase a special 17mm adapter to get the hoses made.

17 mm inverted flare adapter I got from EBay so the hoses could be made.

I purchased the bracket from a gentleman on EBAY. It was expensive but fit perfectly. I am now trying to get exhaust headers to fit with the Toy Power steering box. Red Headers has not started making headers for a F2/F3 which are suppose to work. I am having my restoration shop make me a left header to fit. I can see if I can find his name if you wish.

I can't think what would be different on an F2/3 compared to a F1? At least forward of the firewall. Same frame, steering, etc.

Reds Headers fit just fine on my F2 with Toyota box.

The issue is with the intermediate pipe. Reds sell them but the bends are complex and they really didn't fit right even after 2 tries. I could have made them right with some adjustments, but then I made it worse by deciding to go with a 4R0W trans which caused me to move the trans crossmember.

Last night I visited MRT (Mustang Racing Technologies) who do a lot of show car work for Ford. They are just a few miles from my house and they have a computer controlled mandrel tubing bender. They use high quality 304 SS pipe and can make any bends. Of course once they make them since it is CAD they can make many more exactly alike.

Well that's good to hear since we already have Red's headers on the truck . I am going to try to manufacture a bracket for the steering box and for the pump . I've been itching for an excuse to buy a plasma cutter .

The brackets need to be pretty substantial. I used a CPP kits (Classic Car and Truck Brake, Steering and Suspension Parts). It is a heavy sucker and well made. Maybe someone on here has a spare.

And I think somewhere on this forum is an instruction on how to make one. I can never find it. Maybe someone else has the link.

Be careful buying plasma cutters. I just returned one from Harbor Freight that was supposed to cut ⅜" steel. It didn't for long. I see Eastwood has one that claims ⅞".
