who has the best upgrade kit?

I think that im going with the factory upgrade oil cooler and the BP egr cooler for my 2006 6.0. After doing a search I think that the factory upgraded oil cooler will be just fine and less money than the BP cooler. I will replace the fuel pressure spring, thermostat, degas cap, and dummy plug O-rings as well. What else should I replace once im in there and is there any one who sells everything in a kit? I found a kit with egr & oil cooler, turbo bolt and o-ring with intake gaskets for $665 but missing some items.

Make sure you hit the STC fitting while you are there.

I am not shure anyone has a complete all-in-one kit. Some upgrades are Fords others are by aftermarket companies. But then I did not do a lot of bullit proofing.
In the fleet it was against corporate policy believe it or not.

In the interest of the on going question of why some coolers survived while others failed. Did you install coolant filters or take other steps? At what milage? Did you have any cooler failures? How many out of how many and at what milage?

Like anybody else we had our share of cooler failures and oil coolers. We would change them with OEM [Ford] coolers but No BPD or stuff like that.
We did do a number of deletes towards the end of my employment with them, but we had to talk long and hard for that.

We did coolant flushes but no permenant filters. We filtered while flushing with something we rigged up with replaceable cartridges and put a filter on for a few months and then removed it. Corporate did allow that.

jdw1, that looks like a good place to buy parts. Have you bought from them?
