1999 F250SD Vacuum lines?

Does anyone know where to find the vacuum(I assume it is a vacuum line) that controls the direction of air flow to either vent-floor-or defrost? I bought the truck new in 99 and expect I probable have a cracked vacuum line. Or maybe there is another control device that changes where the air goes to.
Appreciate any help

Common problem on fords, most of the time it's a leak on the 4x4 system that uses the vacuum system.

I had a problem with mine when I bought it, the previous owner replaced the auto hubs with warn manual hubs and cut the vacuum lines and just left em.

The line that controls the plenum should be coming out of the firewall on the passenger side right by the blower motor. Its a black line if im not mistaken
