Whats the easiest procedure

 

if you have the constant tension spring pulley, you use a 3/8" ratchet inserted into the square hole of the tensioner, then turn the ratchet counter-clockwise to loosen the belt tension and raise it off from one of the pulleys.

depends if you have the 3.0 or 4.0 liter engine.

 

Remove the intake hose.

Use a belt tool to move the tensioner.

Snake the belt around the fan and radiator.

Reverse to install.

 

If this is a single belt system, see if there is a routing diagram sticker somewhere under the hood. If not, MAKE YOURSELF A DRAWING BEFORE YOU TAKE THE OLD ONE OFF.
