Ahhhh. If anything it might add to it. The ic will slow air flow down. It's only purpose is to cool the air before it goes into the motor helping to lower egt's

Yep ^^^^ You're gonna need a bigger turbo to clean it up, or have it tuned way back.

Cruising around normal driving 10 to 20, max boost in econo I can get 27, I've touched 39 in my all out tune. It's extremely hot by that point though.
