1963 Econoline Pickup 6 cyl 144 engine carb question

My brothers Econoline pickup "Turk" is not running well. I pulled the carburetor and asked my mechanic about it. He said I had the wrong carb and need to get an original one.

Ok my question is: which one?

1). A 1940 Autolite
2). A 1100-1101

I guess I need to see a pic of one especially the bottom of the carb to match up with the beveled intake.

Thank you for any info. Chris

Either the Ford/Autolite 1100 or the Holley 1904 will work.

Thank you again EmilBarnabas. The bottom of my 1100 Autolite has just one little hole. Do you think that is correct?; or, maybe the previous owner switched carb and spacer?
