B1484 Code Fix!

'05 Diagrams may be helpful

My factory service manual (for an '05 F150) doesn't show code B1484 among the "B" codes, but I notice a couple of 'fuses' associated with the brake pedal circuits, two of which wire to the PCM (see diagram SW-1).
Seems one of those would have to be responsible for the code if it can detect an "OPEN" circuit . Certainly, the PCM can't tell the difference between a blown fuse and a broken wire, so I copied the Fuse Location diagram too.
I Can't imagine there being a big difference between the '04 and any of the 04 to 08 models. I've generally found it to be very applicable on everything for my '04. You should be able to download and print / save the diagrams from here:
