You can buy a kit from HomeDepot that is Mapp gas and Oxygen that will heat the bung cherry red. I use it all the time for frozen bolts.

I agree and I have that as well as oxy/acetylene, but you have to be able to see it to heat it.. The sensor is almost trapped above a frame rail and at about the 2 o'clock position.. I might look at dropping the exhaust hangers to see if I can get better access.. Not a super high priority right now since the 15's don't seem to have the same issues as the earlier models..

That's what I'm hoping. After leaving the 6.0, which never left me stranded, I decided that I'm not carrying 50 lbs. of tools and spare parts for a new truck. That's what the warranty and AAA are for. I'm retired, if I need to extend my vacation so be it. Time is on my side till the Reaper says different.
