I was wondering how different the suspension has been changed on the new F-150.... is this truck a complete ground up change or only the body, interior, etc......

what im trying to find out it..... will a 03 f-150 suspension lift fit a new 04......

any ideas? any clues?

 

An '03 suspension lift won't fit on an '04 - the front suspension is a completely new setup, using coils instead of torsion bars.
