O2 Sensor

My 2002 Ford F250 Superduty 4X4 Pickup, 5.4 liter, failed the California smog test. The machine showed the Bank 2, #1 oxygen sensor is not working. I replaced the sensor and the machine still says no voltage. Does anyone know what could cause that?

A bad wire could cause that.

Bench test the old O2 sensor and go from there.

Thanks for the information. The sensor tested good. I think I'm going to have to follow the wires. I hope it isn't the computer that has gone belly-up.

Does anyone have a schematic of the wires coming from the Bank 2, #1 O2 sensor? I'll need to test continuity.
