innercooler leak

ok folks did a boost leak detect today. my innercooler is leaking, can it be repaired? Its in a 2000 7.3 & its all aluminum. really dont need to spend 1100.00 for a new one.

If your Good with a TIG welder sure......Are you talking about the Radiator, or the intake tubes?

Its the intercooler, right in front of the radiator. Cant see the leak with soapy water. I will have to pull it to find the leak.

You might want to consider a used 6.0L intercooler. They can be found for a few hundred and are a nice upgrade from the stock cooler.
