Don't know if this is good or bad? Been in from day one when the rad hose leaked. I wonder if it got topped off with the wrong antifreeze? Had the EGR cooler replaced and later flushed and an oil cooler.

They should of replaced the oil cooler when they replaced the egr cooler. That's what blew it from the beginning. Probably replaced egr cooler and noticed the deltas were high so they went back and replaced the oil cooler.

Being warrenty work they would have had to follow Fords guidelines and used Fords recomended parts [Ford/Motorcraft].
If anything else would be used by a dealer they would not report it on Ford documentation. Otherwise Corporate would have a fit.
As far as coolant Ford Gold was the only correct coolant as far as Ford was concerned.

Drove with my scan gauge connected today. Difference in water temp and oil temp was averaging between 8 and 11 on the freeway and 5 to 6 city. generally water would be around 192 and the oil 198 to 202

Seems good to me. I would install the fuel pressure regulator spring upgrade immediately to keep the injectors happy.

I'm doing that next. Maybe a coolant change too, fuel filter, trans fluid & filter. When I first saw the Oasis report my heart sunk thinking I bought a problem vehicle. But after thinking maybe It's a good thing all this work is already done or can I expect more to come?

IMO, stay on top of ALL the maintenance and drive it like you stole from time to time to exercise the turbo and you should be good. Drive with a big ol !
