Does anyone know where i can find this at for the 352 engine, or a universal
one i could use? Most of the parts houses or online stores do not carry it for this size engine.

 

My 1966 352 engines all have two brackets on the alternator. One sort of triangle shape that is the solid mount for the lower and one a thinner arm with slot for the adjustable mount over the top. Neither are chromed on any I've seen. I get my spares from used vehicles.

I have the regular 2 brackets that came with it, i was just trying to fine some chrome ones
to go with some of the other chrome parts i have on the engine. I know i can send them off to get chrome plated but i was trying to fine some market one or a universal fit ones.

Likely out there; the chrome plated brackets for small blocks are available thru most Ford part supplier's but I have yet to find them for the big blocks engines, perhaps chrome plating does not hold up well to the amount of flex with big block engines?

 

Thats true about the big blocks. You can find stuff for the 390,351W,351C,and so on all day long but no one seems to have a lot of stuff for the 352 engine. I know it was only in a few year models but come on.

390 and 352 are the same block.

Edit..... FE motor family 352. 360. 390 and some in the 400 cubic inch size. 427.....

 

The upper bracket with the slot can be bought at Advance. I think its a Mr Gasket brand. Its to long, cut the end off and it will work fine. That's what I did on my 66 352.

 

Ford never offered chrome alternator brackets for any car or truck.
